Wag & Stin Mushrooms started with two people, two passions, and one shared belief: great food should be grown with care and enjoyed by everyone.
Trevor Stinson has always been fascinated by mushrooms—the way they grow, the ecosystems they create, and the incredible flavors they bring to the table. What began as a passion for cultivating fungi quickly turned into a commitment to growing gourmet mushrooms the right way: slowly, thoughtfully, and without the use of pesticides.
Daryl Wagler came at mushrooms from the other side of the plate. As a chef, he fell in love with cooking mushrooms for their depth, versatility, and ability to transform a dish. To him, mushrooms weren’t just an ingredient—they were the star.
Together, Trevor and Daryl saw something missing in their community: easy access to truly fresh, high-quality gourmet mushrooms that were grown locally and responsibly. They believed that by growing food with intention and care, they could help support healthier lifestyles and a stronger connection between people and what they eat.
Today, Wag & Stin Mushrooms is proud to grow mushrooms for the community—cultivated with care, harvested fresh, and shared with the goal of nourishing both body and community.
