Wag & Stin Mushrooms is proudly based in Canada, and all orders are shipped from within Canada.
We take great care in packing our products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Canada only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods or peak growing seasons, processing times may vary slightly.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Perishable Items
Fresh mushrooms are perishable and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
We recommend choosing faster shipping options when available for fresh products.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited.
Perishable Products (Fresh Mushrooms)
All sales of fresh mushrooms are final.
We cannot accept returns on perishable items.
If your fresh mushrooms arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Non-Perishable Products (Dried Mushrooms, Powders, Growing Supplies)
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please email us at wagandstin@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include:

Photos of the product and packaging
